Privacy policy

The short version

SwiftGrab runs on your own computer. We don't track what you download, and the browser add-on talks only to the SwiftGrab app on your own PC.

The app and the browser add-on

• Your downloads, download history and settings stay on your computer.
• The add-on sends the links you choose to the SwiftGrab app on your own PC (address 127.0.0.1). It does not send them to us.
• To download a file, SwiftGrab connects directly to the website it comes from, sometimes with your browser's cookies for that site so that downloads behind a login work. These cookies are not sent to us.
• When you enter a license key, SwiftGrab checks it with our license provider. That check sends the key and a random ID for your computer, nothing about your downloads.

When you buy

Payments are processed by our payment provider, who receives your name, email, payment details and country to process the payment and taxes. We receive your name, email and order details so that we can send your license key and help you. We never see your full card number.

When you contact us

Messages from the contact form are delivered to our email by FormSubmit. We use them only to answer you.

This website

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us to see or delete the information we hold about you (your order and messages) through the contact form.
